Checking the requirement
Some delegates needed a visa to enter the Netherlands; others did not. The meeting organisers directed delegates to the official Dutch immigration information rather than offering a general answer.
Entry rules depend on nationality, residence, purpose and length of stay. Anyone planning a visit should check the current rules with the Immigration and Naturalisation Service of the Netherlands before booking travel.
Invitation letters
An invitation letter for the 2019 conference could be issued only after registration and payment had been received. After payment, delegates received a link to the letter in the confirmation email.
If the link did not arrive, the delegate could contact the meeting secretariat at isee@congressbydesign.com or by telephone on +31 88 089 8101. The secretariat handled the request.
