6. 10 March 2019Abstract submission closesThe deadline for general abstracts.
7. 31 March 2019Travel award requests closeThe deadline for travel award requests, later noted as postponed in the homepage summary.
8. 3 May 2019Abstract and award notificationsAbstract and travel award decisions were published on this day.
9. 31 May 2019Draft programme and early registrationThe first draft programme became available and the early registration rate closed.
10. 1 July 2019Presenter registrationAll presenters were expected to be registered as delegates by this date.

Authors and presenters can follow the thread from proposal to presentation: the call opened in November 2018, proposals were reviewed in the first weeks of 2019, and abstracts followed in the spring. Delegates had two registration windows, with the early rate ending on 31 May 2019.

The final programme was the authoritative source for session times and rooms. The dates above record the public schedule, not a live booking system.
