Please note that it is not possible to change the title or the text of your abstract. You are able to present the correct/changed data during your presentation at the congress.
It is possible to change the presenting author. Please send an email to the ISEE2019 meeting secretariat email address: with the name of the presenting author including his or her contact details.

Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the ISEE2019 Meeting Secretariat.

• For cancellations received up to and including 28 June 2019, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
• For cancellations received on and after 29 June 2019, no refund will be given, full amount is required.
• Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company.
• A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every modification received after 28 June 2019.
• All refunds will be processed after the event.

The ISEE 2019 Conference is offering a reduced registration fee to residents of developing countries. Countries classified as developing countries for this purpose are those whose economies are listed by the World Bank as “Low income”, “Lower Middle Income”, or “Upper Middle Income” in the .

Delegates must be residing, working and be employed in a developing country to qualify for the reduced rate. We will also gladly accept registrations at full rates from residents of these countries who have sufficient resources.

As an ISEE member you first need to login with your membership account, via the “Login to your ISEE account” button on the registration page. Then you will see the link for the registration of the conference.
Please note: your ISEE membership account is not the same as your conference registration account. You are, therefore, required to create a separate account for your conference registration. If you already submitted an abstract, please use that account in order to login.

Please note that we can only provide you with an invitation letter for the ISEE 2019 conference after we received your registration and payment. After the payment you will receive a link for the Letter of Invitation in the confirmation email. If you did not receive this link, please contact the ISEE2019 meeting secretariat at: .

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer and iDEAL (Dutch participants). We cannot accept payment by check nor debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Payment of the applicable registration fee must be made within 14 days after registration and at least before the start of the conference to secure your participation.

If your name contains special characters this may cause errors during the payment procedure. In that case, please change your name in your contact details removing any special characters, so that you will be able to arrange the payment. If you send an email with your correct name to the ISEE2019 meeting secretariat (Email address: ), we will change your name back in our system, so that your name will be presented correctly on your name badge.

Example special characters include: á, ä, â, ç ,ê, é, ë, î, ï, ñ, ö, õ, ô, ü.

Several Pre-Conference Workshops will be offered on Sunday, August 25. Via the registration portal you are able to register for the PCW. We will offer a waiting list as soon as possible online. More information about the pre-conference courses can be find on the following page.

Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the ISEE 2019 Conference organizers, in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of the 31st annual conference of the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology, August 25- 28, 2019. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address .

Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies;

• You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;
• You have consented;
• It is required or authorized by law;
• It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;
• It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.

The ISEE 2019 Conference is offering a reduced registration fee to students enrolled in an accredited college or university program. Students for whom tuition is paid for or reimbursed by an employer are not eligible for discounted registration. During the registration students need to upload an official student card valid till the end of the meeting.

ISEE and NIH travel awards will be issued as reimbursements after the conference, not in advance, after verification that the awardee actually participated in the meeting and presented his/her abstract. Awardees make all travel arrangements. All travel awards are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
