Side meeting: Interested in having a side meeting during ISEE 2019?
Please contact the with details on the meeting purpose, duration, size, preferred date and time and AV requirements. Please note that expenses will need to be covered by the side meeting organizers.

Symposium Proposals (submission closed): Prospective delegates may propose 90 minutes symposia consisting of 3 to 5 talks on a topic related to one of the meeting themes or to other environmental epidemiology topics. Symposia will be judged for contents (i.e. relevance to the conference theme, well-defined and focused objectives, importance of subject and contents, scientific and technical value, originality of topics and degree of innovation), speakers (i.e. qualification and diversity of presenters, involvement of students and new researchers), and appropriateness of the format. Deadline to submit proposals was January 18, 2019.

Pre-conference workshops (submission closed): a limited number of rooms is available on Sunday August 25 for those who wish to organize a half-day or full-day pre-conference workshop. Cost for room and catering need to be generated by workshop participants. Deadline to submit proposals was January 31, 2019.

Early morning sessions (submission closed): a limited number of rooms is available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, August 26-28 for those who wish to organize a one-hour early morning session (730-830 am). Deadline to submit proposals was January 31, 2019.
