Accommodation

The organizing committee requests that all participants arrange their own accommodation.

We have secured a variety of accommodations close to the conference venue at preferential rates for ISEE 2019 delegates.

Block reservations with guaranteed availability for a certain number of rooms and rates were made at the hotels listed below. All prices are in Euro.

In order to get a reservation at the hotel of your preference, please make your reservation as soon as possible.

The accommodation market (and prices) in Utrecht are in constant flux, so we advise you (once you have decided to come visit) to check the usual (and maybe some unusual) websites in addition to the options for which we have made pre-arrangements.

We also want to alert you to which operates two hostels, one in the city center of Utrecht and one out in the countryside (but easily reachable by bus); these hostels offer affordable accommodations for small groups but also private rooms.

All prices mentioned above include breakfast.

We cannot guarantee that these rooms are offered for the lowest price at this site so feel free to check room availability at other booking sites.

Don’t be fooled by “housing pirates”
Companies that phone, fax or email attendees and exhibitors claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms are commonly referred to as “housing pirates” or “housing bandits.” They may falsely claim to be affiliated with ISEE. Please do not share your credit card information with any of these companies. ISEE will not call you regarding hotel reservations and has not asked any hotels or other companies to do so.
If you are contacted by one of these “housing pirates,” please contact ISEE at isee@congressbydesign.com and include any relevant information that you have, such as company name, phone number, etc.
